"If you have a Trane system, or never experienced the Trane superiority, youâ re missing out on quality. Cool-R-Us IS the Trane go-to company in North Florida. Their pricing is by far the best in town. The 20 SEER system they installed not only saves on electricity due the variable speed air handler AND compressor, there is also a rebate by JEA. Did I mention the additional rebate from Trane? Their service and techs is top notch. I have been a loyal customer for more than 14 years, and there is no company that offers this high level of customer service than the owner Lek and his crew."

"I highly recommend Florida Air Flow Heating and Air for air conditioning repair, zoned ac system repair, and replacement services. The owner Aldi along with his team of technicians has been servicing my ac system for years and he has replaced my system and my sister's system in the past. He always does an amazing job to get someone out to fix your system as soon as possible and his pricing for repairs and replacements is always fair and honest. I recommend Aldi and Florida Air Flow Heating and Air to all of my family and friends and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Thank you Aldi for saving us from the Florida heat during the summers we really appreciate it!"

"They were honest about the issue I was experiencing with my air conditioning and fair in their pricing. Thatâ s rare these days. My programmable thermostat was the issue, others would have said some major part needed to be replaced."

"We found the customer service outstanding. The tech was very professional and knowledgable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He then did a preventive checkup be sure all was well with my A C . Pricing was very good. I would highly reccomend this company."

"Technicians Darius and Matt were very professional, customer-friendly, and definitely knew their trade. They identified the problem in a short time and worked diligently to find a replacement part, get it installed, and the system back on line. It’s cool to have cool air again. Thank you to Maurice and crew. Job well done"

"Central heat and air failed and needed replacement due to age. Spouse suffers severe illness similar to A.L.S. Asked several contractors for iron clad quote. All others had a lesser quality units costing more money and added the infamous; " Additionally, if this or that is needed..." clause. No one would commit. J & W stuck to their bid. When issues presented themselves J & W honored their commitment. Electrician, covered. Restructure attic, covered. They arrived when promised and delivered as promised. I believe they were honestly concerned about the comfort of my disabled spouse. I would recommend J & W as a 5+. Unlike other Jacksonville A.C. contractors I have dealt with in the past, J & W exceeded my expectations."

"Amazing customer service and very transparent."

"Multi Service Mech Contracting CORP is truly a great company to choose if you’re doing an AC replacement or repair. They truly trouble shoot your AC unit, give you a fair price and get you back running fast. Multi Service Mech Contracting CORP is the only company I would deal with in Jacksonville, the customer service is truly genuine, technicians and installers and they don’t take advantage of customers, and when the job is complete, your maintenance plan for your unit is well explained."

"Tom did an excellent job. He asked what I wanted done. He explained how and what he was going to do. The pump installation looks good and it worked the first time when it was activated. Tom cleaned up all the trash. Pump area was cleaned up to my satisfaction. Excellent job."
